As many may be aware of the wide spread an edge of many online services, caused by an issue with Amazon Web Services (AWS), we wanted to reassure you that the Mobility Route system is not affected at all, including our web and mobile apps. The current issue with AWS is being reported has a worldwide issue and has been ongoing for nearly 2 hours as of the time of this notice.

This does not affect any of the critical services we depend on at this time, as we've tried to make an effort to also ensure that any other important integrations we rely on are with vendors who do not use AWS.

However, our SMS texting service integration with is partially affected, as parts of their system does depend on AWS, but this is not a system critical need.

This one of the primary reasons we have never relied on AWS, as we feel these outages are far too frequent. While any technology service will have its issues, uptime availability has always been important to us. While we've had our share of outages and issues over the course of many years that we've provided our service, they have not been as frequent as we've seen with AWS (and other services), and it's still far exceeded our stringent uptime guarantees.

Our engineering team will continue to monitor this situation and our own services. Thank you,
